Jasen Chamoun
In 2004, Jasen Chamoun used ibogaine over to overcome a 23 year of methadone and polysubstance use. Since then he has been working with ibogaine, caring for people with addictions, mainly to assist with opiate and methadone detox, as well as for depression and anxiety. He helped to initiate some of the early ibogaine treatments in New Zealand, where Medsafe later classified ibogaine as a “non-approved prescription medicine.”
